As the rulers of this country , may Allah keep them honored , realize the importance of the mosque's message and ito role in achieving the goodness of the individual and the importance of meeting the needs of mosques in the kingdom for efficient imams sermon deliverers and highly qualified presenters ( of Islam ) academically and culturally , the sublime Royal Decree NO. Kh / 35048 dated 7/8/1425 H was , there fore , issued with the directive to establish the Higher Institute for Imams and Sermon Deliverers at Taibah University . Accordingly the study should start with effect from the beginning of the academic year 1425/1426 H .
