All praise and thanks be to Allah , peace be upon his ProphetMuhammad and upon his companions and whoever follows with benevolence until the day of resurrection.
In accomplishment of the royal decrees , in response to the rational instructions , and in fulfillment of the overall cultural upswing that wraps Kingdom of Saudi Arabia , Taibah University Vice-President for branches started with non-stop determination and resolution to excel in running the educational system in compliance with the criterion of quality assurance and accreditation , believing deeply in Allah’s saying :
"And say (O Muhammad) Do deeds . Allah will see your deeds , so will His Messenger and the believers".
And in Prophet Muhammad’s Hadith :
"God like you , who excel in their work".
At the same time we recall the poet’s lines :
"Overcome hardships and fulfill wishes,
As dreams are realized only by deservers."
And
"If selves are too proud,
Bodies seem far to unite."
Accordingly , members of the Vice-Presidency get hold of mottos of creativity , distinction , and deftness in theory and practice. In addition , we attempt to combine originality of values and principles with modernity of style and tools , making maximum benefits of the most up-to-date means of technology in the various fields of education and administration .
To be precise , first , we pay due care to all details of the educational process in the sense of selecting courses and the distinctive staff members who carry them out so honestly and strongly in full abidance to the Quranic verse : " The best to employ is the strong honest person". Second , we adopt modern methods of administration that thoroughly plan and shows accuracy , deftness ,and punctuality on the one hand , and firmness and flexibility on the other . Third , of similar importance are the supporting educational services in its highest and modern levels . Fourth , we endorse the principle of diversity of the educational system , its comprehensibility , and its training courses and workshops.
Similar due care is to be paid to services of domestic community in Madinah , making its first priority the meeting of labour market needs as a basic element of any future plan . It also should contribute seriously in developing society’s potentialities and upgrading its performances in related fields within the framework of an independent program or in collaboration with governmental institutes.
Keeping up with the latest scientific and professional standards , the Vice-Presidency is so keen to sign fellowship agreements with similar colleges both nationally and internationally .
Moreover , Vice-Presidency is so concerned with achieving balance in learners’ personalities , their scientific and social formations through methodological and non-methodological programs and through various activities that fall within an overall plan .
Members of Vice-Presidency represent one team , so collectively harmonious . Out of that spirit , Vice-Presidency makes maximum benefit of human , scientific , and administrational capabilities . By so doing , Vice-Presidency fulfills its mission and carries out all responsibilities it shoulders with the aim of achieving the best results with the least costs through the shortest ways and times .
What really inspires our enthusiasm and ebullience is the rational instructions and constant support of Professor Mansur Al Nuzha , President Of Taibah University . A special note of thanks is due to him.
In like manner , I thank all members and representatives of the various branches and sectors of the Vice-Presidency for their faithful efforts , wishing they would continue as hard as they are .
