Penn State is part of COURSERA ( https://www.coursera.org ), which is a a number of top US schools who provide online courses. Penn State is offering a course titled "Creativity, Innovation and Change (CIC)" by three leading professors in these areas including E-ship. The course starts on September 1st and continues through the Fall semester. The registration is free of charge and the course is distant-ed and fully online.
