The plan was prepared according to a three-stage mechanism, which included reviewing the experiences of other local and international colleges, studying the current situation in Al-Mahd Community College, and reviewing the statistics and studies in this field. Strengths, weaknesses and risks in the College had been identified.
The strategic plan reflects the aspiration of the College to achieve excellence as stated in the formulation of vision and mission. The objectives were formulated according to strategic directions that are aligned with the overall strategic directions of the University.
The strategic plan also includes the definition of performance indicators that cover some of the strategic stages in order to measure the progress of the College towards achieving its objectives.
