The Deanship of University Development seeks to provide the best training programs for all employees of the university, whether at the academic or administrative level at the main university headquarters or in any of its branches. On the basis of providing equal opportunities among the employees of the university to attend training programs, the Deanship has made the initiative to develop organizational and executive policies for the participation in training programs both inside and outside the university. These policies are considered a reference to the activities of the Deanship which are provided to the university employees. It regulates the relationship between the Deanship of Development and the trainers from inside and outside the university. These policies are derived from the basic strategic plan of the university which aims to achieve its main objectives through developing the skills of its employees.
