The Beneficiary Care Center was established based on the directive of the Minister of Education (Letter No. 37559939 dated 19/3/1437 AH), which included the creation of such centers in universities. It is administratively linked to the university president.
The university’s organizational structure was approved, and the name was changed from "Beneficiary Care Center" to "Administration of Beneficiary Services."
The administration’s units and organizational guide were structured accordingly.

Monitor and analyze beneficiary needs and provide recommendations for service development.

Receive inquiries, complaints, and feedback through various available channels.
Direct requests to the relevant departments and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
Document all interactions and update records according to approved procedures.
Prepare periodic reports including performance indicators and beneficiary satisfaction levels.
Improve digital and traditional communication channels to enhance service efficiency.
Provide technical and advisory support regarding available services.
Participate in evaluating service quality and propose continuous improvement strategies.
Coordinate meetings between the university president and beneficiaries, including request intake, scheduling, execution follow-up, and reporting.
