The Administration of Contracts and Procurement is one of the key sectors at the university, responsible for securing the needs of all academic and administrative sectors in accordance with the specific requirements set by each sector. All procurement is carried out in line with relevant financial regulations and purchasing policies, ensuring that goods and services are acquired at the right time, at the right price, and with the appropriate quality.
The administration operates with a unified team spirit, guided by strategic plans and goals set by senior leadership, to ensure the timely provision of equipment, supplies, and consumables required by university units. We take great pride in the efficiency of our procedures for issuing invitations, receiving bids, and securing university requirements, as well as in processing supplier payments through the “Tawreed Taibah” program.
Additionally, the administration includes a dedicated unit for workflow development and technical systems oversight. Its core mission is to transition operations from paper-based to electronic systems, while applying the highest standards of quality.
