Taibah University received yesterday a delegation from the Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) to strengthen partnership in the fields of career guidance and expand the provision of services through the comprehensive platform, contributing to enhancing the readiness of students and graduates for the labor market.

Both parties discussed ways to develop the career guidance system within the university and activate specialized programs that enable students to efficiently plan their career paths. They also reviewed joint initiatives aimed at raising awareness of training and qualification opportunities.

The university is currently implementing 18 programs under the “Bridge of Empowerment” package, with 2,021 male and female students in attendance. Around 2,000 beneficiaries have registered through the certificate issuance form, in addition to the creation of 360 volunteer opportunities directed at graduates to support their practical experience and strengthen their CVs.

The university affirmed that these efforts come within the framework of role integration with Hadaf to enhance career guidance and raise the readiness of national talents, in alignment with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 in developing human capabilities and supporting employment pathways
