Taibah University in Madinah has launched the “LeadX” executive leadership training program for graduate students, as part of its efforts to enhance students’ leadership and executive skills and to bridge the gap between academic learning and labor market requirements.
The program targets students interested in developing leadership and executive competencies, as well as graduate students across Saudi universities. It focuses on building a set of core skills to achieve high-quality academic and professional performance, developing planning and leadership capabilities in modern work environments, strengthening participants’ executive and leadership capacities, and enhancing specialized professional and leadership skills for graduate students.
