Taibah University in Madinah launched an exhibition showcasing projects from its "Leadership Accelerators" program, following the completion of a 15-week development journey by over 100 male and female students. This initiative is part of the university's efforts to cultivate leadership skills among participants and prepare future leaders.

The development journey encompassed 15 leadership competencies across the tracks of self-leadership, operational leadership, and leading others. These competencies were addressed through training programs and activities designed to enhance the personal and professional capabilities of the participants, empowering them to apply leadership concepts in both academic and professional settings.

The exhibition, held in the university's exhibition hall, highlights the program's key outcomes and participants' experiences, reflecting its impact on developing national talent.

The program is supported by the King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Endowment for his Parents, as part of initiatives aimed at investing in young national talent and strengthening the leadership capacity-building system, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
