Taibah University’s College of Nursing organized an orientation program for newly admitted male and female students under the patronage of the College Dean, Dr. Nayef Al-Zahrani. The program aimed to prepare students for the beginning of their university journey and introduce them to the academic services, opportunities, and resources available to them.
The program covered several key areas, including academic regulations and services, academic advising, specialized student activities, volunteer opportunities, and university initiatives. It also highlighted a number of projects designed to develop students’ skills, enhance their capabilities, and prepare them to compete effectively in the labor market.
The College Vice Deanship for Academic Affairs also highlighted the role of the Student Support Office and the services it provides, emphasizing its importance in supporting students and helping them overcome challenges they may encounter throughout their academic journey. Students were encouraged to make the most of the services and resources provided by the College to support their academic success and personal development.
The orientation program reflects the College of Nursing’s ongoing efforts to foster communication with students from the very beginning of their university experience and provide a supportive and stimulating educational environment. These efforts aim to contribute to a successful and well-rounded university experience while supporting students on their path toward excellence and achievement.
