The General Secretariat of University Endowments strives to manage and develop endowments to support the university's strategic goals and enhance its financial sustainability. It works to efficiently invest endowments, increase resources to support innovative projects, and maximize the utilization of university assets. Additionally, it aims to build strategic partnerships with donors, nonprofit sectors, and private entities to support academic and research excellence and strengthen the university's position as a leading institution.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the university endowment.
- Propose the university endowment's strategy, general policies, and internal regulations.
- Develop financial and accounting policies and procedures for the university endowment.
- Supervise and monitor the investments of the university endowment.
- Oversee the registration processes of endowments, their assets, and their custodians.
