More than 61 thousand male and female students attend the University of Taibah in Medina today at the headquarters of the University of Medina and its branches in the provinces of Yanboa and Al-Ola, Badr, Hanakia, Khyber and Almahd in the launch of the second semester of the academic year 1433/1434 AH . His Highness the Rector of Taibah University Dr. Adnan Ben AbdAllah AlMazro' Indicated the support and attention the university received from the guardian and rulers ,may Allah to bless them, to achieve its goals and with a direct follow from the Minister of Higher Education Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Angari, stressing the readiness of the halls , classrooms and laboratories to start the study and attendance from the first day of the second semester in the university colleges in Medina and the various branches of the university in the provinces . His highness Dr. AlMazro' added that the university administration continues to implement its plan to complete the projects and facilities currently being implemented within the University town system, as well as to follow up the implementation of all maintenance work on campus which is  being carried in full swing with a direct follow from the committees in charge of projects  management at the university, indicating that it has been focused on accelerating the pace of work on projects to ensure rapid completion of all the projects, stressing the completion of some projects, as well as receiving a number of buildings and facilities during the coming period after the end of the contractors of the implementation works, His highness Dr./ AlMazro' pointed to the strategic plan of Taibah University emphasizes within its objectives to provide an attractive and integrated campus environment through the completion of the university town at the headquarters of the university and to replace all rented buildings in sections with modern buildings owned by the university and care about beauty and consistency of the university buildings, reflecting the culture and heritage of the city and paying attention to stadiums , gyms and halls and developing celebration galleries paying great attention to its aesthetic appearance and provide the necessary arenas and halls for the establishment of local and international exhibitions in the University , the university administration is also working to improve the status and classification of the university locally, regionally and globally through access to institutional and programmatic academic accreditation from  local and international bodies and building clear and effective mechanisms  to measure the quality and  continuous improvement of teaching  providing necessary support for academic programs and departments, scientific centers that have the skills to compete locally and globally according to objective criteria and to develop strategic partnerships and twinning programs with distinctive educational institutions and research centers . .
