 “ Your Health is Worth Life 2” Campaign Continues its Events “ Your Health is Worth Life 2” campaign ; the most immense health campaign organized by Taibah University through Taibah medical club, continues its events in Al Rashed Mall Complex held under the auspices of His Royal Highness Prince Faisal Bin Salman Bin Abdul Al Aziz, the Prince of Al Madina Al Munawwarah Region where the campaign activities will continue till tomorrow Thursday corresponding 8/6/ 1434 A. H., while the campaign aims at raising the awareness of the community of the importance of paying attention to preventive aspects such as living style, food system, significance of early examination and continuous follow-up in case of detecting any of the spread chronic diseases such as diabetes, blood pressure, obesity, smoking, teeth health through examination, measurements, detecting of infected people , and raising their awareness, in addition to taking advantage of statistical data in preparing research papers to obtain results that may be beneficial in the future.During the last days, the campaign witnessed large turnout by the citizens and residents who were acquainted with the campaign advantages and esteemed the size of taking advantage of its events and examinations it provides .Also, the campaign witnessed the visit of His Excellency the Rector of Taibah University Dr. Adnan Al Mazrooa who got acquainted with the campaign events and was briefed on the provided services type where he participated by taking advantage of examinations provided by the campaign, eulogizing the efforts of the campaign officials of employees and students for what they provided of great health and awareness raising services for the people of Al Madinah Al Munawwarah whether citizens, residents, and visitors, emphasizing that this reflects the extent of the Taibah University students’ comprehension of the social responsibility size assigned to them as the sons of this country and sons of the city of the Messenger of Allah (PBUH).The campaign ,in which more than 14 governmental and private authorities participate, hosts a number of the most prominent famous health, social, sporting, and religious personalities within the campaign activities where the campaign will host Dr. Waleed Feteihy, Dr. Badr Ash Shebany, Dr. Moataz Hashem, Dr. Saleh Al Ansari, Dr. Nezar Bahbari, and Dr. Abi Al Al Bashir as contributors in the health awareness field. As for the participating sporting personages, the campaign will host the players Nawaf Al Temyat, Reda Tekar, Ahmad Al Feredy, and Malek Moaz.The participating comic artistic personalities are the artist Yusuf Al Jarah, Fahd Al Betery,the presenter of “ La Yakthar Show” , Ibrahim Khairullah, Ibrahim Saleh, the presenter of “ Broadcast Show”. As well, at the level of Callers to Allah, the campaign will host both Sheikh Saleh Al Maghamesy and Sheikh Dr. Ali Muhammad Abul Hassan.The events of the campaign ,starting with an artistic show presented by Khawater Az Zalam band, included a group of cultural entertaining and sporting contests such as running race “ Marathon” permeated by distributing souvenirs. The campaign allocated a number of sites at Al Madinah Al Munawwarah to distribute publications raising awareness of diseases targeted in the campaign such as Taibah University, Islamic University, King Fahd Central Garden, Commercial Centers, and Governmental Authorities such as Principality of Al Madinah Al Munawwarah and its Secretariat, and Education Department. As well, an announcing program has been prepared for the campaign through diverse mass media to be launched in coincidence with its launch.
