His Excellency Rector of Taibah University Dr. Adnan Bin Abdullah Al Mazrooa launched the application of Taibah University on App Store in the presence of Information Technology Dean at the University Dr. Saad Talal Al Harby.
His Excellency listened to a detailed explanation on the application which includes a group of important services for the affiliates of University of male and female students, employees, and Faculty Members and displaying all personal and academic data and displaying the student’s daily and weekly timetable. Aslo,the application renders services for applicants by enquiring about their transactions. Besides, the University provides, through the application serving 60 thousands of the University affiliates, an integral directory for all affiliates using a search engine abridging access easily and conveniently for applicants and male and female students. As well, the team includes a university channel containing the University’s occasions and lectures held and covered by all the University’s activities and events of meetings, conferences, and others, and presentation of photos and another for maps specifying the site of University and its branches in Governorates.
Aslo,the application displays the latest news from the Media Center at the University and the possibility of commenting on them by the user, and the Information Technology Deanship currently embarks on completing application on Android after its success in applying on App Store.
His Excellency Dr. Al Mazrooa expressed His thanks and appreciation for the efforts exerted by Electronic Transactions Department at the Information Technology Deanship in implementing the application and the teamwork of the application programming Engineer Turky Hemdan Al Hajely and designing by Engineer Wael Al Ghamdy, and the two Engineers Osama Al Janduby and Ibrahim Al Batal who contributed in the programming of application.
