Entrepreneurship Centre of Taibah University’s Vice-Deanship for Businesses and Cognitive Creativity organized a training course to establish a default establishment on Tuesday 27/6/1434 A.H. in cooperation with Rahji Charity Est. where the course, held at the Training Halls at the Students Affairs Deanship by four trainers certified by Rajhi Charity Est. which is the official sponsor of the program, aimed at acquiring the work skills inside the team by the contributing students, and informed them of the ethics of professional work and developing their skills in contacting others, in addition to developing their skills in implementing feasibility studies and their skills in preparing the project’s executive plan.
Dr. Mustafa Mahmoud Abu Bakr, the supervisor Entrepreneurship Centre outlined that 50 students have been interviewed from the different phases and Faculties of Taibah University who wish to found business projects and they are assessed based on several standards concerned with characteristics, ambitions, and preparedness to acquire skills, seriousness, and punctuality. Out of them,25 students representing five diverse project were qualified with an average of five students for each project, noting that the qualified students are affiliated to diverse faculties.
Dr. Musatafa added that the course ends by business projects with prepared  detailed feasibility studies, and then competition will be opened for groups to inaugurate default institutions inside the university to render basic services needed by the University in several fields such as photocopying, playgrounds management, lectures hall maintenance, designing websites, and restaurants services. On the possibility of repeating this initiative, Dr. Mustafa said that this relies on the opportunities of default institutions at the University and the extent of need thereto. However, it is possible in the future to expand the domain to include founding projects outside the University and this program is only one group of programs implemented by Entrepreneurship Center at Taibah University in cooperation with some of the charitable community establishments which are assisting in care and implementation.
