The Distance Education Deanship at Taibah University Organizes a Course for Producing Educational Movies
The Distance Education Deanship organized at the female students section a workshop entitled " A Course of Skills of Producing Multimedia by the Faculty Members" prepared and implemented by the Vice- Dean of Distance Education Dr. Aisha Belhesh Al Omary and Mrs. Ghazeel Al Said, Alaa Al Gereisy, and Amenah Al Ahmady and attended by a number of the affiliates of Public Education and female Faculty Members at Taibah University.
The workshop illustrated the concept of technology and multimedia elements relying on a group of elements which are" written texts, spoken language, voice effects, linear drawings, fixed photos, animations, and delusive reality " which are all employed or three thereof at least to achieve a group of goals integrally, interactively, and individually in the e-courses. They are presented by computer and distinguished by several characteristics such as interactivity, integration, diversity, synchronization, and elasticity, and presenting the most recent programs to produce educational films such as Keek, Youtube, Wondershar, Proshow, Moviemaker. Also, it included a course of a practical application of educational films ensuring the definition of multimedia, and downloading media from internet, and illustration of moviemaker program and explaining the way of editing media (video clipping, voice clipping, the way of integrating video and integrating voice and the method of integrating video with voice, the method of recording the master voice, and displaying models of educational films.
