Project management is a core knowledge for MIS students. It will help the student to start by clearly identifying what the project is and what its outcomes will be. This knowledge will show practical ways to explore and understand project goals from the outset and consider all the factors affecting their execution. Systematically, students will learn how to plan, scope, schedule, cost, and manage projects from beginning to end. This knowledge also enables students to explore how to effectively communicate, manage people, and employ leadership skills to deliver projects successfully.
