Taibah University in Madinah announced today, in cooperation with the National Center for the Development of the Non-Profit Sector and the National Platform for Volunteering, the opening of registration for Volunteering Work Licenses for the year 1447 AH, with priority given to beneficiaries.

The University explained that the license aims to regulate the practice of volunteer work, qualify cadres with essential knowledge and skills, enhance professional communication, and raise the efficiency of volunteer performance, thereby enabling effective participation in community initiatives.

It clarified that the Volunteering Work Licenses include three levels, starting with the Volunteer Practitioner License, followed by the Volunteer Team Leadership License, which focuses on preparing leaders, developing leadership skills, building relationships, motivation, and improving team performance, and culminating in the Volunteer Work Management License, which concentrates on qualifying those working in volunteer management, enhancing administrative skills, building institutional structures, governance, and innovation.

The University noted that registration is available through the National Platform for Volunteering, as part of its efforts to promote a culture of volunteering and empower individuals to contribute to serving the community, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 in supporting the non-profit sector and developing human capital.
