The College of Law held an academic seminar titled: “Updates on Commercial Arbitration in Light of the Draft Arbitration Law in the Kingdom.”

This seminar is part of the College’s efforts to support the legislative transformation taking place in the Kingdom and to enrich scholarly dialogue on legal developments, contributing to the strengthening of the arbitration sector and the advancement of its institutional and legislative environment, in line with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 goals of building an effective judicial system that attracts investment.
