Overview

The Administration of Public Relations is responsible for building and strengthening sustainable, strategic, and interactive relationships with the University’s internal and external audiences by fostering a positive institutional environment that promotes a sense of belonging and organizational loyalty, and reflects the University’s national, social, and core values. The Administration also seeks to enhance the University’s national and international image and reputation through the systematic planning and implementation of public relations activities that contribute to strengthening communication and trust with its audiences.

Objectives

  • Organize, manage, and supervise official and non-official ceremonies, events, and occasions.

  • Coordinate official protocols and ceremonial procedures with precision and professionalism.

  • Oversee the planning and execution of conferences, seminars, and workshops.

  • Receive and organize visits of the University’s guests and provide logistical support.

  • Arrange and manage visits of official, academic, and administrative delegations.

  • Manage relationships with the University’s strategic partners, sponsors, and supporters.

  • Improve and enhance the University’s positive public image.

  • Strengthen the University’s institutional reputation at both local and international levels.

  • Design and implement targeted marketing and public relations campaigns.

  • Establish and activate strategic partnerships with governmental and non-governmental institutions.

  • Coordinate and collaborate effectively with national and international organizations.

  • Enhance internal communication channels among the University’s staff.
