Overview

The Administration of Student Rights is dedicated to raising students’ awareness of their academic and non-academic rights and responsibilities, and to clarifying the official procedures for obtaining them within the University.

Objectives

Receive student complaints through the "Insifni" system.
Study student complaints and grievances referred by the Permanent Committee for Student Rights in accordance with established systems and regulations.
Examine complaints referred by the University President in line with applicable systems and regulations.
Raise awareness, provide guidance, and correct student behaviors highlighted by complaints.
Educate students about their academic and non-academic rights and responsibilities.
