The activities of the closing day of the first employment forum and career fair, organized by Taibah University in Medina - and launched under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Emir of the Medina region - witnessed a number of dialogue sessions and specialized workshops that addressed the topics of leadership, governance, artificial intelligence, and career paths, within a knowledge program that keeps pace with the requirements of the modern work environment.
The “Generative Artificial Intelligence in the Work Environment” workshop reviewed ways to benefit from generative artificial intelligence tools in raising the efficiency of professional performance, accelerating the completion of daily tasks, and improving the quality of administrative and technical outputs, in addition to introducing the best practices and professional controls associated with the use of these technologies in work environments.
While the “Governance and Institutional Compliance” workshop addressed the concepts of governance and institutional compliance and their role in enhancing transparency and compliance with regulations and achieving efficiency and sustainability within institutions, in addition to supporting effective institutional work environments.
In the technical and professional tracks, the “Artificial Intelligence in Business and Project Management” workshop reviewed the applications of artificial intelligence in business environments and project management, and its role in raising productivity, improving the quality of decisions, and accelerating achievement, in addition to introducing practical tools and applications that support digital transformation and institutional excellence.
The workshop, “Vocational Guidance: Its Importance and Ways to Benefit from It,” also addressed the importance of vocational guidance in planning for the future career, and helping participants determine their professional inclinations and abilities and explore the career paths appropriate for them, which contributes to enhancing their readiness for the labor market.
The “Creating an Effective Work Team” workshop shed light on the skills of building and managing work teams and enhancing cooperation between individuals, which contributes to achieving institutional goals with high efficiency and productivity, with a focus on developing leadership skills, motivation, and effective communication within work environments.
These workshops are part of the programs of the Employment Forum and the First Career Exhibition, which aim to enhance the alignment of educational outcomes with the needs of the labor market, and enable students, graduates and job seekers to acquire professional knowledge and skills that contribute to expanding their future career opportunities.
