Taibah University concluded the “Leadership Accelerators” program, which it implemented in cooperation with the Leadership Studies Center for Training, and with the support of the King Abdullah Endowment for His Parents, targeting 122 male and female students from various colleges and specializations, within a development experience that lasted 15 weeks, as part of the university’s efforts to develop the leadership capabilities of students and prepare national cadres capable of making an impact and contributing to achieving the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
The program concluded with the “Leadership Accelerators” exhibition, during which the students reviewed their experiences, projects, and leadership boards that documented their development journey, presenting models and initiatives that reflected the knowledge and skills they had acquired, and demonstrated their ability to move from the learning stage to the stage of influencing and creating initiatives.
The program focused on building leadership competencies through three main tracks, which included self-leadership, leadership of others, and leadership of operations, including 15 leadership competencies, through a methodology based on learning by doing and applied experiences, which enabled participants to transform leadership concepts into practical practices inside and outside the university environment.
