To enable colleges and administrative bodies to adopt sustainability practices within their activities and operational plans, through providing ongoing support and guidance.
To develop quality sustainable initiatives that reflect the university's commitment to environmental, social, and economic responsibility.
To enhance institutional awareness of the concepts and principles of sustainability through interactive programs targeting faculty, staff, and students.
To create a specialized database to track performance indicators in sustainability areas at the university level.
To integrate with national and international plans in the areas of sustainable development to serve the university's leadership position locally and globally.
Coordinating with relevant authorities to support innovative research and projects with a sustainable impact, and contributing to stimulating the develoment of applied solutions that serve the environment and society.
Enhancing smart and sustainable infrastructure on campus, achieving resource efficiency and improving the quality of university life.
Raising the university's readiness and improving its position in national and international sustainability rankings by documenting and activating institutional sustainability efforts and linking them to the indicators of those rankings.
