Health Innovation Hackathon

As part of efforts to support innovation and empower students, the Dean of the College of Nursing at Taibah University, Dr. Nayef Al‑Zahrani, welcomed the male and female students participating in the Health Innovation Hackathon at the Kingdom level, in the presence of the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Dr. Amal Murad. He praised their spirit of initiative and competitiveness, emphasizing that their participation represents an added value to both the college and the university.

His Excellency also reviewed the readiness of the students participating in “Taibah Thon,” scheduled to be held at Taibah University. He offered them moral support, expressed his appreciation for their distinctive initiative, and encouraged them to represent the College of Nursing in an honorable manner that reflects their competence and ability to innovate.

Dr. Nayef Al-Zahrani affirmed the college’s commitment to utilizing available resources, providing the necessary support, and overcoming challenges facing students to ensure excellence and achievement. Meanwhile, Dr. Amal Murad emphasized the importance of applying learning outcomes and academic skills to develop innovative and practical health solutions, aligning projects with the priorities of the healthcare sector and the needs of the community.
