The university also strengthened its potential partnerships by signing a cooperation agreement with the King Abdulaziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity (Mawhiba).
The Secretary-General of the Council of Universities Affairs, Dr. Nasser bin Mohammed Al-Aqili, stated in his speech during the ceremony that “Taibah Thon” reflects the spirit of creativity and ambition among the nation’s young men and women, and embodies the role of universities in supporting qualitative initiatives and developing national capabilities.
He highlighted the outstanding efforts, promising ideas, and innovative solutions presented through the program, which contribute to serving society and enhancing development. He also affirmed the Council’s commitment to supporting such initiatives, empowering universities to nurture young talents, and strengthening strategic partnerships with various entities in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
Dr. Al-Aqili praised the participants for their remarkable efforts and expressed his hope for outcomes that will create a tangible impact for the nation.
