Taibah University in Madinah, represented by the College of Designs and Arts, organized the “Designed with My Feelings” initiative in collaboration with the branch of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, in conjunction with the International Day of Persons with Disabilities.
The initiative witnessed the participation of a number of beneficiaries from the deaf and hard-of-hearing community, who presented artistic works and creative experiences in the field of graphic design. The event also featured educational and interactive booths, including “Learn Sign Language in Seconds” and the “Inspiring” booth, which highlighted stories of challenge and empowerment and showcased models of individuals who successfully overcame obstacles in their educational journeys.
The initiative reflects Taibah University’s commitment to promoting inclusion and empowerment initiatives, and to highlighting the role of arts and design as tools for expression and innovation, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 to enhance quality of life and build an inclusive society that empowers all its members
