Receiving, sorting, and analyzing transactions, and following up on their completion in coordination with the relevant entities.
Preparing and drafting administrative decisions issued by the Vice President for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, and following up on their implementation.
Coordinating and organizing the Vice President for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research schedule, meetings, and official engagements.
Preparing official letters and correspondence issued in the name of the Vice President for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research.
Preparing analytical reports and studies that support decision-making.
Following up on the implementation of the strategic plan and performance indicators related to the Vice Presidency for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research sectors.
Reviewing operational plans of the sectors and ensuring their alignment with the university’s objectives.
Providing administrative, technical, and procedural support to the sectors affiliated with the Vice Presidency for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research.
Organizing the work of committees emanating from the Vice Presidency for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, documenting their minutes, and following up on the implementation of their recommendations.
Safeguarding and organizing confidential and private transactions and correspondence.
Supervising the execution of daily administrative tasks within the office and ensuring smooth workflow.
Continuously monitoring the performance of the Vice Presidency for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research sectors and submitting periodic reports on them.
Representing the Vice President for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research in meetings, committees, and assignments entrusted to the office.
Contributing to improving performance efficiency and streamlining administrative procedures within the Vice Presidency for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research.
