Overview

The scientific development and the increasing growth in the fields of economic activity have led to the expansion of projects, the complexity of their work and functions, the difficulty of managing them, and the multiplicity of their problems. This has been accompanied by the development in the concept, objectives, and methods of internal auditing to ensure the effectiveness of internal control. The larger the project, the greater the need for an effective internal auditing system that should cover all aspects of the project's activities. The existence of this auditing has become a necessity for every project operation, such as cash operations, which always need auditing to detect any errors or manipulation.
