Dr. Nawal bint Mohammed Al-Rasheed, President of Taibah University in Medina, received the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to the Kingdom, Dr. Yakubu Gambo, today. The meeting took place as part of efforts to strengthen academic and educational ties and explore opportunities for mutual cooperation.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed various aspects of academic and educational collaboration and reviewed scholarship opportunities available to international students—an initiative aimed at broadening the scope of cooperation and knowledge exchange between the university and educational institutions in the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
At the conclusion of the visit, the University President presented the Ambassador with a commemorative artwork created by students from the university’s College of Design and Arts, as a gesture of appreciation for his visit.
