The President of Taibah University, Dr. Nawal bint Mohammed Al-Rasheed, inaugurated the University Museum on the occasion of the 299th anniversary of the founding of the Saudi state. The museum serves as a documentary space that reflects the historical journey of the Saudi state and connects generations to a national legacy extending from its founding to the present day.

The museum features a collection of rifles and weapons dating back to different historical periods, in addition to traditional attire and various artifacts that document the transformations of Saudi society. The exhibition is supervised by the Department of Social Sciences at the university.

The university continues its Founding Day celebrations in a national atmosphere that evokes the features of early Saudi society through traditional craft displays, reenactments of historical lifestyles, and visual exhibits illustrating the first phase of the Saudi state’s journey
