Taibah University has received accreditation from the Education and Training Evaluation Commission for several of its undergraduate and graduate programs across various disciplines at its main campus in Madinah and its branch in Yanbu. This accreditation is part of the university's efforts to enhance the quality of its academic programs, improve educational outcomes, and achieve its overall strategic objectives.

At the undergraduate level, the accreditations include the Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering programs at the Yanbu branch, as well as the Business Administration programs in Management, Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, and Marketing at both the main campus and the Yanbu branch. The accreditations also cover the Visual Arts, Graphic Design, Interior Design, and Prosthetics and Assistive Devices programs at the main campus.

At the graduate level, the accreditations include the Educational Policy, Educational Administration and Leadership, Educational Psychological Counseling, Educational Technology, Economics of Education and Planning, and Educational Measurement and Evaluation programs, all offered at the university's main campus. The accreditation periods for the programs range between two and five years, with the accreditation of some extending until 2028, while the accreditation of other programs extends until 2031, which enhances the university’s efforts in developing its academic programs in accordance with quality and academic accreditation standards, and raising the efficiency of its educational outputs.
