Wadi Taibah—the technical arm of the Taibah University Scientific Endowment—signed a cooperation memorandum today with the Digital Solutions and Business Company. This agreement, concluded during the University Endowment Development Forum, aims to foster collaboration, unify efforts to execute and develop joint projects, and support opportunities for growth and expansion.
Dr. Faisal Al-Balawi, CEO, represented Wadi Taibah at the signing, while Dr. Hani bin Mansour Al-Adheed, Secretary-General of the Saudi Electronic University Endowments, represented the Digital Solutions and Business Company.
The memorandum covers cooperation in technology and digital transformation, specialized projects and services, consulting, training and development, and the exchange of expertise and resources, as well as the organization and execution of exhibitions, conferences, and events.
Areas of collaboration also include linking business activities and projects, along with marketing and product/service development. These efforts aim to leverage shared expertise and capabilities to develop high-quality solutions and services and to support projects within the technical and digital sectors.
This agreement aligns with efforts to strengthen partnerships and integrate expertise in technology and business development. It supports the growth of the digital economy and the application of modern technologies to enhance services and projects, in accordance with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 goals regarding digital transformation, innovation, and economic diversification.
