Tomorrow, Taibah University, in partnership with the Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf), will launch the "Future Compass" program. Running for three days, the program aims to help male and female students build their career paths and develop skills that align with labor market requirements.
Targeting university students, high school students, and recent graduates, the program seeks to help participants explore their professional skills, strengths, and personal values, and align them with suitable academic and career paths. It also aims to introduce in-demand future skills, foster personal and professional capabilities, and create a practical plan for skill development and enhanced competitiveness.
The program concludes with a session titled "Freelancing Culture and Opportunity Creation," which explores freelance work opportunities and ways to transform skills into professional prospects and income sources, while also outlining the steps required to embark on this career path.
