Taibah University welcomed a delegation today from the Model Islamic Science School affiliated with Prince of Songkla University in Thailand. The delegation, comprising 129 participants, visited to explore the university's academic environment, educational and research programs, and study opportunities available to international students.
The visit included a tour of the university’s Student Activities Center, where the delegation viewed the center’s facilities, equipment, and the services and activities offered to students. This was followed by an introductory session highlighting key academic programs and specializations, scientific research areas, educational initiatives, and scholarship opportunities for international students.
Student delegation members also participated in a training workshop titled "University Skills." The workshop covered essential skills for university success, effective learning strategies, and methods for adapting to the academic environment, all aimed at enhancing the students' readiness to pursue their university education.
This visit reflects Taibah University’s commitment to engaging with international educational institutions and showcasing its academic and research capabilities. It also provides international students with the opportunity to experience the university's educational model and campus life, thereby fostering knowledge and cultural exchange among students from around the world.
