Taibah University in Medina has made available to its students with disabilities a set of electronic services through the Khidmah Tech platform. With the aim of enhancing the quality of services provided to them, facilitating procedures, and providing support in an integrated digital manner. 
The services include requesting a letter to apply for disability allowance, requesting a statement in the presence of a writer or translator, requesting the use of a device within the Center for People with Disabilities, requesting to print a course in Braille, requesting assistance in solving an academic or non-academic problem, in addition to submitting inquiries and suggestions electronically in a way that contributes to improving the experience of beneficiaries and raising the efficiency of the services provided to them. 
The university called on students to benefit from these services via the Hidhma Tech platform (https://www.taibahu.edu.sa/e-service/hidhma-tech-platform?_wrapper_form…).
