Taibah University in Madinah implemented the "Good Hospitality" program to train staff serving pilgrims and enhance their skills in interacting with Hajj and Umrah pilgrims, thereby improving the quality of services provided.
The program included 25 hours of training for 187 participants, covering several specialized topics, most notably intercultural skills, customer service, and strategies for interacting with people with disabilities, as well as crisis leadership and crowd management.
The program achieved a 97% satisfaction rate, reflecting the university's commitment to enhancing the preparedness of staff in service sectors related to serving pilgrims and developing their skills to meet service quality standards during the Hajj season.
