Management is considered one of the core disciplines in the College of Business Administration at the Yanbu Branch. The program aims to equip students with the theoretical foundations and practical skills required for effective leadership and management of organizations in a dynamic business environment. The program focuses on key areas such as strategic planning, human resource management, organization, leadership, and operations management. This prepares graduates to assume managerial and leadership positions in both the public and private sectors and to contribute efficiently to the achievement of organizational goals.
To develop distinguished managerial leaders and entrepreneurs who possess the knowledge, skills, and competencies required by the labor market through innovative education and student-centered learning; conducting high-impact scientific research; and serving the management profession and the community.
Candidate Selection: The selection process among candidates is based on the results of the General Aptitude Test (Qudrat) and the Achievement Test (Tahseeli), or their equivalents, in addition to the High School GPA.
Validity Period: The validity of the Aptitude and Achievement test scores is determined by the National Center for Assessment (Qiyas) under the Ministry of Education.
Weighted Ratio: Comparison between male and female students is based on the weighted percentage distributed as follows:
The minimum weighted binary ratio for admission into Administrative, Arts, Humanities, and Applied colleges is 70% for male students.
The weighted triple ratio is 70% for female students at the university level.
Selection Announcement: Candidates are announced through the electronic admission portal by ranking applicants based on the declared admission criteria, order of preferences, availability of seats, college-specific admission conditions, and the university’s overall capacity.
