Overview

The Central Administrative Communications Unit is responsible for organizing the flow of transactions and correspondence within and outside the University through unified electronic systems that ensure speed and accuracy in processing. The Unit also manages the archiving of transactions and monitors their progress, thereby contributing to enhanced administrative efficiency and improving the quality of communication among the University’s various sectors and with external entities.

Responsibilities

  • Carrying out all various communication works.
  • Linking the various university entities.
  • Facilitate communication with the various branches of the university.
  • Linking the university with all ministries and government agencies.
  • Innovate services and solutions using technology.
  • Receiving and distributing transactions and parcels to all sectors of the university.
  • Referring all transactions prepared by the various university authorities and distributing them.
  • Work on organizing distribution channels to ensure flow. 
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of transactions and information.
  • Cooperation with Saudi Post Corporation to serve the university.
