The College of Engineering in Yanbu is pleased to announce the opening of nominations for the position of Chair of the Department of Chemical Engineering.

The nomination will be subject to the following conditions:

1. The nominee must be a Saudi national.
2. The nominee must not currently hold an administrative position assigned through an official appointment by the University Presidency.
3. The nominee must not have served as a Department Chair for more than four consecutive years. The Dean of the College may grant an exception to this condition based on justifications to be submitted to the University's senior administration for approval.
4. The nominee must have served at the College at the rank of Assistant Professor for at least three years. The Dean of the College may grant an exception to this condition through the relevant committee based on justifications to be submitted to the University's senior administration for approval.
5. The nominee must not have been subject to any disciplinary action during the past three years and must not be under investigation in any ongoing case.
6. The nominee must complete all required documents, which will be sent to the nominee's email after submitting an expression of interest for nomination to the College's official email address.

The College welcomes applications from eligible candidates who meet the above requirements.
