The College of Engineering in Yanbu organized an orientation meeting for newly admitted students as part of the “Masari” program during the Orientation Week for the new academic year. The event aimed to familiarize students with the university's academic systems and student support services, helping them begin their university journey with confidence and success.

The meeting was inaugurated by the Dean of the College of Engineering in Yanbu, Dr. Bandar Al-Mohammadi, who welcomed the new students and emphasized the importance of the university stage in shaping their academic and professional futures. He also highlighted the supportive learning environment and opportunities available to students at the university.

During the event, the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Dr. Asim Al-Sharif, provided an overview of the academic regulations and study procedures, explaining key academic requirements and guidelines that support students in achieving academic excellence.

Dr. Ahmed Al-Malki, Director of the Academic Support Office for Students, introduced the academic support and advising services available to students and explained how these services can assist them in overcoming academic challenges and reaching their educational goals.

In addition, Dr. Khader Barnawi, Director of the E-Learning Unit, delivered a presentation on the university's e-learning systems and digital platforms, highlighting their role in supporting teaching, learning, and academic communication.

The meeting also introduced students to the university's various systems and student service sectors, addressed their inquiries, and encouraged them to demonstrate dedication, perseverance, and academic commitment throughout their university journey.

At the conclusion of the event, the students expressed their appreciation for this valuable initiative, which helped them better understand the university environment and the services available to support their success.
