Students from the College of Nursing at Taibah University participated in an awareness event held in celebration of World Patient Safety Day 2026, which took place at King Faisal Specialist Hospital on Thursday, September 17, 2026, under the theme “Towards Safe Care for Noncommunicable Diseases.”

During their participation, the College’s students contributed to raising awareness of the importance of safety in healthcare settings and highlighting practices that promote the delivery of safe healthcare and reduce risks associated with care. This was achieved through engaging and interactive educational content presented to the event’s visitors.

The event organizers commended the efforts of the College of Nursing students and the quality of the awareness content presented, emphasizing the importance of such participation in promoting a culture of patient safety and raising community awareness of safe healthcare practices.
