This course explores the interdisciplinary field of Organizational Behavior (OB), focusing on how to understand and manage people effectively in the workplace. It examines behavior at three key levels: individual, group, and organizational. Through the application of behavioral theories, the course addresses issues related to motivation, communication, leadership, teamwork, and organizational culture, all aimed at improving organizational effectiveness and performance.
