The course is designed to introduce quality management in the radiology field. Topics includes quality management philosophy and concepts, the components of quality assurance system, tools and techniques used in quality management with emphasis on sensitometry, quality control testing methods as well as artifacts evaluation. Students will have the opportunity to perform basic quality control checks for radiographic and processing equipment.
