This introductory course exposes students to Computer-Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) tools, focusing on 2D digital drawing, technical documentation, and graphical representation. The course provides hands-on training in AutoCAD and Photoshop, enabling students to transition from hand-drawn sketches to precise digital architectural drawings.

Students will learn basic drafting conventions, layer management, annotation techniques, and sheet composition using AutoCAD. Additionally, Photoshop will be used for presentation graphics, diagrammatic illustrations, and rendering enhancements. The course lays the foundation for digital workflows, preparing students for more advanced 3D modeling and visualization in later courses.
