The course provides the student with sufficient knowledge and intellectual skills of the basic principles and concepts of history taking, patient examination, proper diagnosis, treatment plan design of different techniques of exodontia, and different minor surgical procedures. It allows clinical practicing of different simple teeth extraction techniques and dealing with the expected complications. In addition, it develops the ethical rules and communication skills in dealing with patients and other faculty members during clinical practice.
