This course is designed to enable students to identify general and topographical anatomy of human body and to identify different parts of head and neck. A study of development of embryo with emphasis on development of regions of head and neck enables student to recognize pathology and malfunction of different organs and tissues encountered in dentistry. The students are expected to acquire relevant information of direct clinical bearing without details of pure academic importance.
