The course introduces the principles of electronics at intermediate level of the BSc degree program. It covers various topics in electric circuits and introductory topics in basic electronics. DC circuits topics include Ohm’s Law, Analysis of electronic circuits and application of Kirchhoff laws. It also covers some AC circuit analysis topics. Basic electronic devices and applications include semiconductor diodes and applications. Bipolar transistor as well as its biasing circuits, different characterization and equivalent circuit of transistor are also included.
