This course includes the fundamental characteristics of dental biomaterials, provides the necessary tools and principles of dental materials that are currently used in clinical dentistry, provides an overview of the various types of materials, their properties and how they are handled and covers the underlying principles of their functional properties, bioactivity, and biocompatibility.
